Exploring career and personal development opportunities for talented women in the public and private sectors

Today, women make up 52% of the adult South African population, and although a large number of these women still live in poverty without access to employment and empowerment opportunities, a new generation of women is slowly emerging – women who are working their way up the career ladder and becoming financially and socially independent.

However, these women are still facing challenges in the workplace and often have nowhere to go for advice or information. Management & Leadership Development for Women, IQPC’s 7th annual event, is a four-day forum aimed at providing women from the public and private sectors with practical tools and techniques for building a successful career.

Key professional skills such as time management, networking and conflict management will be explored, along with personal development objectives such as how to market yourself, setting and achieving your career goals, developing a passion for your work and much, much more.
